HomeCare Fitness Outreach exist to help people improve their daily living activities. We define daily living activities as relearning to do some things that may have become challenging overtime due to an certain illnesses, acute or chronic disabilites, or aging.

Examples Include: getting dressed, getting undressed, brushing teeth, washing face, combing hair, brushing hair, bathing, putting lotion on, getting out of bed, getting into bed, sitting down, standing up, assisting in handwriting, assisting in walking, assisting in using the restroom, and assisting in handling utensils when eating. We are working on opening more sites throughout the United States. The sites we have available are in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama.
